1. What this website collects

Nothing. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no trackers and keeps no server-side forms. The contact form on our contact page simply opens your own e-mail client addressed to info@aadearts.org — your message travels through your e-mail provider, never through our website.

2. When you e-mail us

If you write to info@aadearts.org, we receive your name, e-mail address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to answer you and, if you join a program, to organise your participation. We never sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you contact us, and on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) when we organise workshops you have signed up for. E-mails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up.

4. Your rights

You may at any time ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent. Write to info@aadearts.org and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).

5. Third-party resources

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and images from Unsplash’s CDN. Your browser connects to those services to fetch the files; their own privacy policies apply to those requests. We chose this setup deliberately to keep this site fast and tracker-free.
